Task

Develop a website to help sell apartments in houses under construction. We had to make the apartment selection through the website as convenient as possible in addition to familiarize with services provided and other useful information.

Solution

The website we created includes a unique system for selecting apartments in a house. A visitor has instant access to apartments’ layouts where the orientation relative to the sides of the world and georeferencing are indicated. You can choose your own housing by area or by choosing a location in an apartment building.

Accurate layouts sketches were made according to the drawings provided. All the characteristics of each apartment are displayed on the website as well as the possibility of its purchase. The customer can quickly control the availability of an apartment for purchase through the CRM control panel.

Data of customers’ applications are sent by e-mail and transmit them to the corporate CRM system in real time.
